This manual introduces the basic concepts of the cell ministry to the leaders called Face-to-Face Care Group leaders. These Care Group leaders will be given a simple set of criteria needed to assist Pastor Houpe with the initial launch of Face-to-Face Care Group leaders for the implementation of the vision. It contains the full scope of the vision being implemented at Harvest International Outreach Center and can serve as a model for any adaptation in other satellite churches and ministries.This book also contains a group of lessons outlines for training the leadership of the ministry. These individuals will serve as the catalyst for the vision in its early stages. These lessons are designed to be a fast tract training program. They cover enough of the particulars of the vision so that spiritually mature mentors and those already familiar with leadership principals can accelerate the implementation of Face-to-Face. The vision's particulars can easily be modified to each pastor's individual assignment (Harvest Church Satellite Locations, CAM Members, etc.).
