Excerpt from Deering
The Reel has a Wide Range of Adjustment: The Deer ing binder reel has a wide range of adjustment up or down, for ward or back, or in a direct line. N o matter in what position the reel may be placed by the action of the spring, a perfect balance is assured at all times.
Reel can be Adapted to Many Different Conditions: By means of two levers the New Ideal reel can be put down quickly to push very short grain and green undergrowth from the guards to the platform canvas. This saves the operator many unnecessary steps and the trouble of cleaning trash from the guards. If long, tangled grain catches on the outside divider, the operator can shift the reel quickly and pull the grain to the plat form canvas. All these adjustments can be quickly and easily made by the operator.
About the Publisher
Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books. The Making of Modern Law: U.S. Supreme Court Records and Briefs, 1832-1978 contains the world's most comprehensive collection of records and briefs brought before the nation's highest court by leading legal practitioners - many who later became judges and associates of the court. It includes transcripts, applications for review, motions, petitions, supplements and other official papers of the most-studied and talked-about cases, including many that resulted in landmark decisions. This collection serves the needs of students and researchers in American legal history, politics, society and government, as well as practicing attorneys. This book contains copies of all known US Supreme Court filings related to this case including any transcripts of record, briefs, petitions, motions, jurisdictional statements, and memorandum filed. Deer Law and Liabilities
Deer Law and Liabilities

The completely revised and updated edition deals with the law and liabilities relating to deer in the UK. In addition, one chapter deals with Europe in terms of visitors to and from the continent.Deer have value as a conservation resource and as a traditional sporting quarry. However, they have increased in numbers, and as a consequence the need for deer management has greatly increased. Management issues increasingly focus on the legal implications of the welfare of the deer, public safety and maintaining a balance between economic activities and environmental conservation; this is all covered in Deer: Law and Liabilities.
